At Thrive Research Labs, we understand that timely delivery is critical for your research. We work diligently to ensure your orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our carriers as quickly as possible.
1. WAREHOUSE OPERATING HOURS
Our fulfillment center operates during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM PSTOrders placed outside of these hours, or on weekends/holidays, are processed starting the next business day.
2. OUR 24-HOUR PACKING GUARANTEE
Every order is guaranteed to be packed and prepared for shipment within 24 business hours of being placed.
Same-Day Shipping Cutoff: Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST (Monday – Friday) will be packed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed and packed the following business day.Weekend & Holiday Schedule: Courier pickups do not occur on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST on Friday will be packed starting Monday morning at 7:00 AM PST. The 24-hour packing window for these orders begins on Monday at 7:00 AM PST.
3. UNDERSTANDING “PACKED” VS. “SHIPPED”
To avoid confusion, please review how we define the stages of your shipment:
“Packed” (Label Created): This means your order has been carefully packaged, the shipping label has been purchased, and it is waiting in our outbound queue. Our 24-hour guarantee applies strictly to this window (from the time your order is received to the time the shipping label is generated).”Shipped” (In Carrier Transit): Couriers pick up packages from our warehouse twice daily (typically around 11:00 AM PST and 3:00 PM PST, Monday – Friday). Most packages are scanned into the carrier’s network within 2 to 6 hours after pickup.
Please Note: Once a package leaves our facility, we have no control over carrier scan delays, transit times, or route adjustments. While we will always assist you with tracking inquiries, final delivery timelines are ultimately determined by the carrier.
4. DELIVERY SPEEDS & ESTIMATES
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout. We offer the following transit speeds once the carrier receives your package:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business daysTwo-Day Shipping: 2 business daysOvernight Shipping: Next business day (order must be placed before the 1:00 PM PST cutoff)
